1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

4. Account Management

4.1 Account Security

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 12jl16 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. 12jl16 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All funds deposited into your 12jl16 account must be sourced from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those of family members — are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your 12jl16 account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the Player's name and matching the deposit source where possible.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–3 business days, though most GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 24 hours.
• 12jl16 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or potentially linked to fraudulent activity.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

12jl16 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 12jl16 Platform and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Creating multiple accounts or registering under a false identity
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using the Platform to process funds of illegal origin
• Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes filed with payment providers in bad faith

13. Termination

12jl16 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time and without prior notice if:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• 12jl16 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Required by law or regulation
• The Player requests self-exclusion or voluntary account closure

Upon termination for breach, 12jl16 reserves the right to void any remaining bonus balances and to withhold real-money balances pending investigation. Where funds are determined to be legitimately owned by the Player and not associated with any prohibited activity, they will be returned to the Player via the original payment method.
